When are these "ear punishers" ever going to learn that you never walk into an American Idol audition and answer the question: "Why are you here?" with: "I'm the next American Idol."? I would say something flippant like "I am here because I have a secret desire to jump Simon's bones, and I just happen to be able to sing." 
I mean, come on, be original! Also, why does it seem that the ones that have the most confidence seem to be the absolute worst singers?!?
If they would just up the age limit, I would travel anywhere to audition! I would love to hear what Simon has to say about my voice. I really do love to listen to him. He is so brutally honest, that it's just great!
Well, another round of American Idol auditions have come to a close. Tomorrow they head home to L.A. Tomorrow night a 64-yr old man is audtioning! I think that I am going to try to crash an audition next year! Maybe they'll come back to the Midwest. Who knows? Later...
